ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I am a fully accredited therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. I have over 20 years of mental health experience, much of this gained working within the NHS.
EXPERIENCE
Having started my career working in psychiatric wards whilst completing my Occupational Therapy degree I worked in a range of settings from communty mental health, learning disability to forensics. I retrained after 10 years to become a CBT therapist and remained working for the NHS for a further 10 years. During this time I completed my EMDR training to level 3. I left the NHS in 2020 to work solely in self employment

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
I love providing clinical supervision to students and newly qualified therapists in a no nonsense, but safe and supportive manner. I have worked with those completing their post graduate degrees and masters and enjoy offering additional support and direction for those struggling to develop their clinical skills. ​
